Copyright Policy
Authors publishing in ayuBha Journal retain the copyright and unrestricted publishing rights in their work.
Authors do not transfer copyright ownership to the journal or publisher. By accepting publication, the author grants ayuBha Journal and Ayurved Bharati:
- The non-exclusive right of first publication
- The right to publish, reproduce and distribute the Version of Record
- The right to assign bibliographic information and persistent identifiers
- The right to include the article in journal issues, archives, databases, repositories and indexing services
- The right to preserve and migrate the article into future digital formats
- The right to identify ayuBha Journal as the original publisher
These publication rights do not prevent authors from depositing, sharing, reproducing, translating or otherwise reusing their article under the applicable CC BY 4.0 licence.
Third-Party Material
Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted tables, figures, photographs, questionnaires, scales, illustrations, extensive quotations or other third-party material not covered by an open licence or lawful exception.
Third-party material must contain an appropriate acknowledgement, source citation, copyright statement and licence or permission information.
Website Copyright
The copyright terms applicable to published articles are separate from the copyright applicable to the journal website.
Unless otherwise stated, the ayuBha Journal name, logo, website design, administrative text, forms and non-article website content are protected by copyright owned or controlled by Ayurved Bharati/ Ayurvite Wellness Private Limited. This restriction does not apply to published scholarly articles released under CC BY 4.0.
